Bakery&Pastry is known as the premier marketplace that showcases a wide array of the latest bakery ingredients, equipment and technology. Growing in tandem with the flourishing bakery and pastry scene in Asia, the show has expanded by 30% and will welcome over 50 new international and local exhibitors this year. In addition to the Japan and Taiwan pavilions returning with more exhibitors on board, Bakery&Pastry2016 is also set to house new group participations from China and France.

The new ONE series sets new standards for baking. The ovens are slimmer and at the same time more powerful, yet requiring less energy. A smooth airflow in the ovens results in a more even bake, and consumes less energy. The ovens are designed with fewer heat bridges and superior insulation. The ultra-strong see-through glass door maximises visibility and slides open around the cylinder-shaped structure, taking up less space.   The Mini ChocoFills are revolutionary solutions that create small chocolate mignons. They are suitable for preparing refined pralines which can be filled with mousse, ice cream or ganache. The quality of polycarbonate gives chocolate unrivalled brightness and smoothness. It also ensures easy removal of the finished product from the mould, thus reducing the risk of breaking it.

Chocolate Enrober   Ultrasonic Sandwich Cutting Machine

The warm water circulation scraper system prevents set-offs and ensures beautiful coating. The machine is made of stainless steel, which improves sanitary quality. Conveyors, pipes, tanks and pumps are sanitarily designed and can easily be disassembled for cleaning.   The machine is able to automatically arrange the sandwich. The speed of the conveyor belt is adjustable (up to 60 cuts/min). The height of the blades can be adjusted accordingly to the height of sandwich. The machine uses 20,000 ultrasonic vibrations per second to cut the sandwich, and produces clean cuts for the marketability of the product.

2. Print out the selected trail(s).
3. On the day of your visit, grab a copy of the FHA2016 Floor Plan from the Information Counter and start
    your journey.
