Caseificio Pongennaro is an artisan dairy factory based in Parma that since 1935 manufactures and distributes the highest quality of Parmigiano Reggiano, butter and cottage cheese. We transform raw milk exclusively produced by breed cows, feeded in a completely natural way: grass grown only in the place of origin and natural feeds.
