COFCO Cereal Way Foods Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of COFCO (China National Cereals, Oils and Foodstuffs Corporation), appropriated by COFCO in 2009 after they acquired Beijing Cereal Way Food Technology Development Co. Ltd. Using COFCO's vast resources and technological advances, COFCO Cereal Way mainly upstream raw materials and other ingredients needed from other COFCO processes to manufacture the Cereal Way instant noodles.
