J Mom (M) Sdn Bhd, established in 2019, is a manufacturer company founded by Madam Kan Ee Keow in Muar, Johor. It began as a small trading company driven by her passion for baking and creativity. What started in her home kitchen—crafting delicious bite-sized butter cookies—soon grew into a beloved brand recognized for its warmth, care, and homemade quality. In 2016, the company transitioned into a limited-liability entity, allowing for upgrades in production and product safety.

By 2023, the brand underwent a full transformation from JMM COOKIES to Joymom’s, aligning its image with a more heartfelt and family-centered identity. Today, Joymom’s is widely known for its Halal and MeSTI-certified treats that blend tradition with modern excellence.

At the heart of Joymom’s is the belief that happiness often begins with small, thoughtful moments shared with loved ones. Every cookie is made with the same love and attention a mother gives to her child, transforming simple indulgences into cherished memories. This emotional connection is captured in our brand essence: “Her Pride, My Joy”—a tribute to the care and joy passed from mothers to their families. Whether it's through cookies freshly baked in-store or the welcoming environment of our outlets, Joymom’s continues to bring warmth, authenticity, and comfort to every customer who walks through our doors.

As part of our growth, Joymom’s has expanded across Malaysia with outlets in malls and flagship stores in Ipoh, Johor Bahru, and Melaka, and plans are underway to open a flagship in Kuala Lumpur. We aim to grow our presence from 30 to 60 mall locations, allowing more people to experience the joy of freshly baked cookies. Behind the scenes, our dedicated Research & Development (R&D) team is constantly innovating to develop new flavors and create packaging that resonates with local markets, particularly the expanding Malay customer base. At every step, Joymom’s remains committed to creating joyful moments—one bite at a time.
