Khiazh Marketing Sdn Bhd (KMSB) is a Malaysian based company, incorporated on 27th July 1985. It was formerly known as Khiazh Holdings Sdn Bhd before it changed to its current name on 18th August 2006. The company has an authorized capital of RM100, 000 and a paid-up capital of RM100,000. It is 100% bumiputra-owned. Its associate company is Khiazh Sdn Bhd whose core business is in the agriculture industry. Its office is in USJ 21, Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia.
The company had been dormant and only in 2005 did the company venture into trading. The first project undertaken is as the marketing arm of Michigan Pastries Sdn Bhd (MPSB), who produces cake products. Amongst the brand marketed are Michigan, Afters, Signatue and Sari Royale. KMSB holds 30% of MPSB shares through its Managing Director, Raja Aini binti Raja Abd Rahman.
Sari Royale cakes are renowned for its quality products made of selected premium natural ingredients and specially baked under controlled, automated system in a hygienic condition under the HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point), manned by dedicated personnel under the guidance of qualified professionals. All of its products are certified HALAL by Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM).Under the brand name Sari Royale, presently there are eight (8) cake products under its belt with Jakim's approval for the Halal certification.
In 2011, KMSB decided to expand its wings in the Food & Beverage industry by venturing into chocolate manufacturing. Now, KMSB have produced about 10 different types of chocolates packaging aimed at all levels of the chocolate market.
KMSB is registered with Malaysia External Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) and has been an active participant in MATRADE organized business talk and exhibitions at International Level.
