Sing Kee Kaya

Started out as a Chen Da Ji Hainan style coffee house, back in 1920, which served a lot of menu items along with its signature Traditional Hainan Kaya. Sing Kee Kaya was later established in 1985 as a food manufacturer due to the rapid growth and demand of the homemade kaya. Throughout the years of operation, the company had a selection of jams such as the traditional Hainan kaya, Nonya kaya, peanut butter and others different kind of jams. Sing Kee Kaya was the first kaya manufacturer to be granted the UK Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) certification in 2003.
