Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) is a unique polymer after polyvinyl chloride chlorination. Ordinary PVC molecular chlorine content is 45%. The CPVC molecules chlorine content is about 64% to 68%, up to more than 70%. CPVC tensile capacity is higher than the UPVC, PP, PP - B, PP - R H, PB, HDPE, PE, PE – X RT, etc.; its thermal expansion coefficient is lower than the PP, PE, PB; thermal conductivity is lower than that of PP, PE, PB and metal pipe; the temperature resistance and resistance to deformation ability is better than of PP, UPVC, ABS and HDPE.

- Corrosion Resistance and Hygiene:
Corrosion and scale do not occur. No rust, no pipe blockage (proven corrosion in chemical environments such as various acids, alkali, salt, halogen, etc.).
CPVC materials and bonding bond are harmless to human and ecosystem.
Its antimicrobial material inhibits bacteria production.
- Self-extinguishing:
Its own self-extinguishing not catching fire if exposed to it (for CPVC combustion, more than three times of oxygen amount is required in the air of the current earth).
When applying the heat, it does not spread flam and is carbonized black.
Smoke toxic is lower than that of ordinary building material (result of the combustion test by Pittsburgh University, California Institute for Environmental Studies).
