Dr. Oetker Nona Pancake Original Premix - 1kg

Ingredients: Wheat Flour, Sugar, Corn, Starch, Milk Powder, Salt, Contains Raising Agent (E500ii, E450i), Emulsifier (Contains Rice Starch, E475, E471) and Modified Starch as Permitted Food Conditioner and Contains Permitted Flavoring. Food Additives are of Plant or Synthetic Origin.

How to Prepare:

1. Preheat a crepe pan. Pan is ready when drops of water sizzle and disappear.
2. Mix 400g Oetker Nona Pancake Original with 30ml vegetable oil, 300ml water and 1 egg. Stir well.
3. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan. Cook for 1½ minute. When the bubbles at the edge of the batter pop and a hole is left which does not immediately close, flip the cake gently.
4. Cook the other side for 1½ minute or until golden.
