Our garlic is imported from abroad. It will undergo the process of selecting (under quality control) and devides according to quality only the best solo garlic will go through the fermentation process.
The fermentation process will be carried out for 360 hours to 400 hours. The result is that single garlic will became black and have a sweet sour taste. It results from the process of natural chemical reactions that are contained in a single garlic.
