Also known as an eyeglass prescription or spectacle prescription, is a written document provided by our optometrist at Johan Optometry Centre that specifies the corrective lenses needed to correct a person's vision. It includes detailed information about the type and strength of lenses required to address any refractive errors in the individual's eyes.
