We have obtained authentic fresh tamarind to extract 100% pure tamarind juice with its distinct sourness; and small hot chili peppers fresh from the plantations – dry-roasted until aromatic then enriched with the taste of coriander leaves. True to the recipe by professional chefs, these ingredients are thoroughly blended into a thick, sticky consistency; then seasoned to produce our 3-flavoured Meatball Dipping Sauce.
