Pes Yemeni Mendhi (Rice + Soup Paste) 1.5kg

One set contains:
1kg rice and 500g paste
1) Wash the rice for 30 mins.
2) Put the PES YEMENI MENDHI into the rice cooker with 1300ml water (for 1kg rice) and heat it up until it’s boiled.
3) Filter the rice and then put it in the rice cooker after it’s boiled.
4) Let the rice cooked and then put the saffron coloring (yellow), make 3 spots on top of the rice.
5) Close the rice cooker cover back and wait till the rice cooked, then mix it up and ready to be prepared.
