Sambal Petai Udang

Sambal udang petai is a popular Malaysian dish where prawns are cooked into sweet and spicy chili sauce with petai (aka parkia speciosa or stink bean). It is commonly eaten with a plate of freshly cooked white rice and to make it more Malaysian – drizzle some sweet soy sauce over the rice!
