Tradisional Waqiah Sup Punjut

Various delicious soup dishes in a packet of spices. Without stir-fry just boiled only.

Usage Instructions:
One pack of Sup Punjut (10g) for 300g Bones/ 300g Beef or Mutton/ 1/2 Portion Chicken/ 300g Fish/ Crab etc

Blend Ingredients:-
2 Large Onion
4 Cloves of Garlic
2 Inch Ginger
(all blended)

Cooking Instruction:-
1. Blend 1 large onion, 2 cloves of garlic and 1 inch of ginger.
2. Add 1 pack Sup Punjut (10g) to blended ingredients with 2 liters of water and meat/ chicken/ fish, salt and seasoning.
3. Boil the ingredients until cooked and its ready to serve

Star Anise, Clove Flower, Cardamom,Cinnamon and other spices.
