Firstly, you must wash the fish with clean water. Then, take all the fish and place them in the Styrofoam cooler box. Pour the crushed ice into the box until it covers the fish. Close the box properly and store it in the freezer. For the best quality, make sure to freeze at 0 degrees Fahrenheit or –17.8 degrees Celsius or less. This fish may remain in good condition for 12 months or a year if properly stored.
