Grilled Clams:

• Clean off all the sand, rinse as before, and then put the clams on a cooker that has been preheated to medium-high. You might also have to wait 5 to 10 minutes for the clams to open.
• When the clams are finished cooking, carefully transfer them to the plate so as not to spill any juices into the shells. Since those are the best parts and contain the seafood’s freshness and sweetness.
• You can consume it plainly, with a squeeze of lemon juice or deep with hot sauce.
