Fortune Life, established in 1979, specializes in exporting seafood and agricultural products. We've been ranked among the top 300 Taiwan exporters twice. In response to the growing demand for take-out meals, we began developing frozen prepared foods in 1988, collaborating with global food specialists. By 1993, we had set up processing lines in both Taiwan and Ranot, Thailand, marketing our products under the international brand "Fortune."

For domestic marketing, our Taiwan headquarters oversees the production of frozen prepared foods and seafood. Our main wholesaler channels include lunch boxes, catering, and Key Account services through warehouse stores and hypermarkets, under the brand "Convenient Shop." Our major products include microwave noodles, fried Spanish mackerel, fried shrimp rolls, and various ready-to-eat dishes such as seasoned seaweed salad, seasoned cuttlefish slices, and sushi toppings.

From our Taiwan headquarters, we export frozen sashimi fish fillets, ready-to-eat products (seaweed salads, Chuka Ika Sansai, Tobikko & Massago, etc.), and the "Convenient Shop" noodle series. Our export markets span Korea, Japan, the USA, Canada, Venezuela, Hong Kong, and the EU.

In 2008, we completed a large-scale factory expansion, including new fish and food processing lines. Our capacity increased by 2 to 4 times, with the addition of a new fish processing line on the first floor and a complete plan for a prepared food processing line on the second floor. We imported and installed an advanced foaming-wash sterilizer to ensure strict sanitary requirements. We are proud to have passed the strict factory survey conducted by the EU FVO deputy in September 2008, accompanied by the Taiwan Bureau of Standards, Metrology, and Inspection.

In 2009, we installed new equipment for tuna processing and focused on processing non-chemical-treated sashimi tuna slices. In 2010, we set up a new screw IQF freezer, tripling our production capacity. We also established a Shanghai office, King Giant (Shanghai) Trading Co., Ltd., to expand into the Chinese market.

In 2013, Fortune Biotech was established to focus on researching FSE probiotics. We utilized under-utilized aquatic byproducts from Fortune Life Enterprise CO., LTD to develop FSE Bio Aid, suggesting that the product will reduce the production cost of aquaculture feed.
