Product details of KRP Frozen Patin - 500g

Ingredients: Chili, lemongrass, ginger, candlenuts, oil, onions, garlic, shrimp paste, fresh turmeric, coarse salt, sugar, palm sugar, Ajinomoto, water

Usage Instructions: 

  1. Pour the oil into a skillet and place it on the heat.
  2. Heat the oil until it shimmers on a medium-high flame.
  3. Grab a small bowl and combine salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and bay seasoning.
  4. The Frozen (1 month) patin should be seasoned on both sides with spices.
  5. Place the Frozen (1 month) patin in a heated skillet and fry them for four minutes.
  6. Carefully turn each patin over using a fish spatula. Give them another 4 minutes to fry.
  7. Serve the fired patin right away after transferring the fish to plates.
