Product details of MALASA Gula Melaka Syrup - 400G

Usage Instruction:  Gula melaka, sometimes referred to as palm sugar, is a sweetener manufactured from the sap found in the coconut palm tree's flower buds. It is frequently used in our Malaysian desserts, like malay kueh (for instance, melaka chiffon), sago pudding, ice kacang, glutinous rice balls, homemade cendol dessert, and many more! To improve their flavour, it is added in syrup or in any other form, like shavings or a finely powdered form of gula melaka. NRB Food Industries has manufactured a product called MALASA, which is gula melaka syrup. It is a thick liquid syrup that has a very sweet taste. Apart from including it in the dessert, you can absolutely add this syrup gula melaka to any other kind of cuisine in your cooking as a substitute for white sugar.

How to use MALASA’s gula melaka syrup? The steps are easy. Once you receive the product, you will notice that there is yellow plastic sealed around the bottle cap. Take a pair of scissors and carefully tear apart the seal first. You can also just use your bare hands if you are strong enough. Then, twist the plastic bottle lid upwards until it becomes loose. Last but not least, just squeeze the palm sugar syrup out of the bottle and put it into the dishes you like.

Storage Instruction: It is recommended that you keep this palm sugar in a cool, dry area, such as the refrigerator, to keep these items preserved for a long period of time. In the kitchen pantry, for example, you may store this gula melaka at room temperature in the range of 20 °C–22 °C (68 °F–72 °F). Maintain constant dryness and humidity-free conditions. The shelf life of gula melaka under these conditions is 18 months.

Packaging Information:  The company that makes this sugar palm syrup, NRB Food Industries, will carefully wrap the products in a plastic bottle. The final product will measure 33.5 cm x 20 cm x 39 cm  (13.18 in x 7.87 in x 15.35 in) and be made in batches of 400 grams (14.10 ounces). Gula melaka syrups will be sent to our loyal customers in top shape after being handled with care. Once you've gotten the goods, carefully check each one before consuming it. The "less than container load (LCL)" or "minimum order quantity (MOQ)" for this gula melaka syrup is at least 300 bottles, or 1 x 20-foot box containers.

About NRB Food Industries

The primary focus of NRB Food Industries, which was founded in 2010, is the creation of gula melaka-topped banana chip caviar. Our research on Gula Melaka, also known as coconut palm sugar, coconut nectar sugar, or Gula Masak, was inspired by this notion.

Another example of it is caramelised coconut sugar. It has a rich, creamy, salted caramel flavour and may be used as a treat or a bread topping. The name alone will set it apart in terms of flavour, colour, and texture. NRB Food Industries had to identify the best method to preserve supply and the quality of the finished product because the initial supply was unstable.

The business chose to start making gula melaka in 2012. The company's founder, Tuan Hj Baharum Hanafiah, resigned from the security industry and was personally involved in small-scale Gula Melaka production back home. His wife, Puan Hajjah Che'Pon Mahmud, helped him, especially when it came to keeping the correct standard and catering to Malaysian tastes. In the past, Melaka has gone by several names, including Malakat (Arabic), Mulaqah (Arabic), Amalaka (Sanscrit), and Malagasy (Portuguese). In order to honour Melaka's extensive history of names, we choose to employ it while differentiating it.

The business chose to start producing Gula Melaka for sale at the Halal Hub Industrial Zone in Melaka in January 2012. According to market research, people are now much more aware of the advantages of using Gula Melaka as a sugar alternative. Many people have switched from using white sugar to gula melaka. When we produce our products, we keep in mind the consumer, who is concerned about their health.

In order to meet the numerous expectations and needs of our customers in the Malaysian market, the firm has since begun making Gula Melaka in a variety of forms and textures.
