Master VG Fried Chicken Flour Original Flavour – 1kg

Preparation Method:

1. Cut the chicken into desired sizes. Wash and drain off any excess water.
2. Prepare a medium-thick batter by mixing 100g of Fried Chicken Flour with 200g of water. Stir until smooth and well combined.
3. Marinate the chicken in the prepared batter for 15-30 minutes. Longer marination will result in more flavorful fried chicken.
4. Coat the chicken evenly with Fried Chicken Flour for a crisp outer layer.
5. Preheat oil over medium heat and deep-fry the chicken until golden brown. Larger pieces may require longer cooking times.
