Mikawa Soybeans Hatcho Miso

We are particular about the ingredients, and we use soybeans from Mikawa that we contracted with local farmers. 

Soybeans are traditionally made from local Mikawa soybeans, and are naturally brewed bean miso that has been aged for more than 24 months. Foods rich in soy flavor and nutrients.
