EMMA Frozen Coconut Milk/Cream

It is a creamy white liquid aseptically processed from the natural extract of coconut kernel. It is used as an ingredient in cooking, baking and confectionary, also as a component of processed food and beverages.

EMMA Frozen Coconut Milk is extract of coconut milk from 100% fresh matured coconut kernel. The extracted milk is then filtered, pasteurised and packed without adding any additives, fragrance or water. It is frozen in a cold room at -18C.

This frozen coconut milk is packed in a 5kg nylon bag. Normally 5kg x 6 will be again packed into a woven bag for export.
