Product details of Marutomo Kombu Dashi Powder (Kelp Soup Stock) - 1kg

A granulated Japanese dashi seasoning with the flavor of Hokkaido kombu. Made without animal-derived meat ingredients or added alcohol, it is a convenient substitute for traditional kombu stock.

Ingredients:
Monosodium L-glutamate (E621), salt, sugar, dextrose anhydrous, kombu powder, kombu extract (reduced sugar syrup, salt, kombu, monosodium L-glutamate, disodium 5'-inosinate and disodium 5'-guanylate), disodium 5'-inosinate (E631) and disodium 5'-guanylate (E627). Net weight: 1kg (500g x 2 packs).

Usage Instructions:
Dissolve 1 teaspoon (4g) in 3 cups (600ml) of water or hot water. Use for clear soup, boiled tofu, hot pot, simmered dishes and sauces.

Storage Instruction:
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
