Sambal Sotong

Sambal Sotong Kembang is a side dish that is delicious to eat with nasi lemak. This squid sambal is different from the usual squid sambal in terms of skeletal. Where the usual squid sambal is cooked directly on the fire, but the Sambal Sotong Kembang is boiled before cooking with sambal.
