Fujian Mingwei Food Co., Ltd. was founded in 1988 by Mr. Wei Chenghui, a patriotic overseas Chinese from Singapore. Originally established to meet the needs of urban planning in Fuqing City, the company relocated to its current new factory area in June 2018. Covering an area of more than 100 acres and with an investment of 200 million yuan, the new factory is now home to about 300 employees, boasting an annual output value of over 80 million yuan.

The company specializes in producing quick-frozen noodles, fried pastries (excluding livestock and poultry ingredients), spring rolls, curry puffs, spring roll wrappers, creamy egg wrappers, fried spring rolls, shrimp rolls, and more.
