Tauhu Bergedil

Tauhu Bergedil is a popular Malay dish from Malaysia and Singapore. It consists of tofu (Tauhu) and mashed potato cakes (Bergedil) that are deep-fried until golden brown and crispy. It's a delicious and flavorful snack or side dish.

Ingredients for Tauhu (tofu) and Mashed Potato Mixture:

Firm Tofu, Potatoes, Egg, Onion, Garlic, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Pepper

Ingredients for Coating and Frying:

Egg, Breadcrumbs, Oil

Chili Powder or Fresh Chilies and Cilantro Leaves
