Coriander seed, black pepper, anise seed, dried onion, dried garlic, dried ginger, turmeric, dried chillied, candle nuts, poppy seed, salt, cinnamon stick, star anise, dried curry leaves, roasted dhall. cardamom. cloves and other selected choosen spices.
Recipe & Cooking Methods:
1. 1 whole chicken (cut to small pieces) or 1.5kg meat (preboiled first)
2. Heat up (130 - 150)ml of oil.
3. Mix 125gm ASLIPURE Black Pepper Rendang Premix Spices with 500ml of water.
4. Pour to the heat up oil. Stir until oil separates and there is fragrance. Put in the chicken/ meat and stir well. Let it boil. Add another 100ml of water.
5. Simmer and cook till gravy dry.
6. Delicious ASLIPURE Black Pepper Rendang Chicken/ Meat is ready to be served.
Note: Add salt to tast if not enough salt.
