Coriander seed, dried chillies, anise seed, turmeric, cumin seed, dried onion, funegreek seed, dried garlic, dried ginger, dhall, urid dhall. mustard seed. dried coconut, lime powder, dried tamarind, salt, dried curry leaves and other selected chosen spices
Recipe & Cooking Methods:
1. 1kg fish which suitable for cook fish curry (cut to pieces)
2. Heat up (100 - 130)ml oil.
3. Mix 150gm ASLIPURE FIsh Curry Premix Spices with 500ml water.
4. Pour into heated up oil. Fry till oil spread and frangrance. Add 1000ml water. Bring to boil till require thickness.
5. Put in 2 green chillies, 5 ladies finger, fish and 1 tomato (cut to 4pcs). Let fish cooked.
6. ASLIPURE Fish Curry ready to serve.
Note: Add salt/ sugar to taste if insufficient
