Dried chillie, roasted onion, candle nuts, poppy seeds. cummin seeds, dried lemon grass, dried lemon powder, salt, sugar and other selected chosen spices.
Recipe & Cooking Methods:
1. One whole chicken (cut into 12 pieces). Marinate with 1 table spoon turmeric powder and little salt. Deep fry half cook.
2. Heat up (100 - 120)ml of oil.
3. Mix 150gm ASLIPURE Chicken/ Meat "Sambal" Premix Spices with 500ml water.
4. Pour mixture to heat up oil. Stir until oil separate and there is fragrance. Put in the fried chicken and stir well.
5. Add another 150ml water. Bring to boil and simmer "sambal" untill preferred thickness.
6. Delicious ASLIPURE Chicken "Sambal" si ready to be served.
Note: Add salt and sugar to taste if not enough.
