Sifu Thai Fish Cake is a very unique fish cake. It is made with fish meat together with spices and vegetables. It is very popular in Thailand and best served fried and also consumed together with steamboat.

Keep frozen below -18°C.

Usage Instructions:

• Microwave for 5 minutes.
• Steam for 5 minutes.
• Boil in 100°C hot soup for approximately 5 minutes.
• Fry for 4 minutes.
