MUSHROOM Cheese Fish Tofu is made from high quality fish tofu with cheese can be boiled, grilled, steamed, or fried, perfect on its own or part of a main dish.
Ingredients: Fish meat, processed cheese (milk), soybean oil, tapioca starch, sugar, salt, albumin (egg), hydrolyzed vegetable protein (soybean). Contains monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate and disodium guanylate as permitted flavour enhancer, emulsifiers (soybean) and modified starches as permitted food conditioner.
Contains: Fish, egg, soybeans, milk. Produced in a factory where wheat, crustaceans, mollusks are also handled.
·Deep frying: Defrost product, then preheat the oil up to 180°C and fry for 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
·Tasty stir-fry: Stir fry with other delicacies (vegetables, seafood or noodles).
·Steam: Reheat for 6 minutes.
·Boil: Boil in 100°C hot soup for approximately 6 minutes.
·Oven roasting: Roast at approximately 150°C in the oven for 10 minutes.
