Tisha’s Banana Pancake 8 pieces - 400g

Banana pancake or called ‘Lempeng Pisang’ is a traditional Malaysian snack or dessert that's made from ripe bananas (pisang) and a simple batter. It's similar to a pancake but has a unique texture and flavor due to the use of ripe bananas in the batter. Lempeng pisang is a popular treat in Malaysia and is often enjoyed as a tea-time snack or a sweet ending to a meal.

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour, Banana, Coconut, Sugar and Salt.

Cooking Method:

1. Defrost with medium heat.
2. Without using oil, heat a nonstick pan or skillet and fry the pancake. (with banana leaf)
