Tisha’s Paratha with Anchovies Sambal 6 pieces - 650g

Soft buttery paratha bread with Savoury Anchovies Sambal.

Ingredients:

Original Paratha Bread:

Wheat Flour, Margarine, Sugar, Full Cream Milk Powder, Baking Powder and Salt.

Anchovies Sambal:

Onions, Dried Chillies, Palm Oil, Sugar, Ginger, Anchovies, Tamarind, Salt, Fruit Acid and Monosodium Glutamate.

Cooking Method:

1. Direct from freezer, pan fry Paratha Bread over medium heat. (No oil added and no need to defrost)
2. Pan fry Paratha Bread until golden brown on both sides.
3. For fluffy and crispy bite, after frying give soft pats from outside towards the centre of Paratha Bread.
