Tisha’s Penang Style Chicken Murtabak 3 pieces - 480g

Murtabak is a delicious and flavorful stuffed flatbread that is popular in various parts of Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. It has a unique and savory taste with a blend of aromatic spices.

Ingredients:

Murtabak:

Wheat Flour, Chicken, Egg, Onion, Spices, Sugar and Garlic.

Acar:

Onions, Bird's eye chili, Sugar, Salt and Vinegar.

Cooking Method:

1. Heat one tablespoon of cooking oli in a pan.
2. Direct from freezer, pan fry murtabak over moderate heat.
3. Gently heat on both sides until it is likely browned on all sides.
4. Murtabak may also be heated in a microwave for 10 minutes.
5. Serve along with our special Tisha's pickle onions with bird's eye chili.
