Tisha’s Fried Sweet Potato 9 pieces - 270g

Fried potato or known as ‘Cucur Badak’ is a delightful and flavorful snack that combines the sweetness of the sweet potatoes with the savory and slightly spicy flavors of the filling. It's a favorite among Malaysians and a unique addition to any special occasion or meal.

Ingredients:

Sweet Potato, Grated Coconut, Wheat Flour, Dried Chili, Dried Shrimp, Spice and Salt.

Cooking Method:

1. Add in required amount of cooking oil into the fryer.
2. Preheat the cooking oil in medium heat.
3. From freezer, remove the Fried Sweet Potato and put in preheated cooking oil for 4-5 minutes. Fry till turns golden brown in color. Do not defrost.
4. Once the Fried Sweet Potato turns golden brown, strain the oil. Ready to serve.
