Tisha’s Garlic Paratha 5 pieces - 375g

Garlic paratha is a flavorful and aromatic Indian flatbread that is infused with the distinct taste of garlic. It is made using whole wheat flour (atta), minced or crushed garlic, and various spices. Here's a basic recipe for garlic paratha.

Ingredients:

Wheat Flour, Margarine, Garlic Powder, Chopped Garlic, Sugar, Full Cream Milk Powder, Parsley Leaf, Baking Powder and Salt.

Cooking Method:

1. Direct from freezer, pan fry Garlic Paratha over medium heat. (No oil added)
2. Pan fry Garlic Paratha until golden brown on both sides.
3. For fluffy and crispy bite, after frying give soft parts from outside towards the centre of Garlic Paratha.
